How do I ............? On Irishkop

I have seen various questions asked on this site. A lot of them start with the opening "Not sure where to put this" and then preceede with a question. "How do I ....... ?" ( put in Avatar) (upload a video from youtube) (Go about getting tickets for matches) ....... etc .Its happened to me too. So I thought it would be a good idea to devote a thread to these type of questions. For newbies and people that would have little PC knoehow.

My question is How do I change my signatuare?

I see many people on here with their own signatures. I've recently found out how to get one. But I cant seem to change the font or size of signature. I would like to make it bold. I've tried copying and pasting it from word, but nothing changes. I've tried using the icons provided, but there is just symbols eiother side of the words I want to highlight. I know where to go to edit my signature, but I dont know how to edit it the way that I'd like.

Hope this is a good idea for a thread and everyone finds it of use.

How do I start a new thread, when I joined up to IK first there was a start new thread option when I logged in but recently that seems to be gone. I'm sure I'm missing something very obvious. Thanks

 

Dont just click new post you wont see it. You have to click the desired forum you want to start the thread and it shows then.

 

Is there an ignore button?

 

Go to your user cp and there is an edit ignore list section.
