torres has scored against blackburn every time he has played them we need to win tomorrow and next week against bolton if we do that we will be top half of the table and can look forward this is a massive week for us again

We should be going all out against Blackburn. Fat Sam has joined the bandwagon and slagged our club off! He thinks he can come to Anfield play a game of football without the ball and kick lumps out of us. Roy should know the tactics he'll come with and get us playing high tempo possession football and for good measure score a few!

Unfortunately we have little option with our first 11 so I can only imagine it'll have the usual look with the usual approach! Please please please do not play Maxi or Poulsen! These two do nothing for the team and have on too many occasions this term been found wanting in the PL. We have no width so forget 4-4-2 but what we need to do is get runners fro midfield involved and get closer to Torres.

1. Reina 2. Johnson 3. Aurelio 4. Skertel 5. Carragher. You have to play Gerrard alongside Lucas to give us something going forward in the middle. Cole needs to play off Torres and that leaves the problen positions on the flanks. Jovanovic, Maxi, Babel, Amoo, Miereles christ we are in trouble. The team lacks balance and I can't see what Roy is going to put out.

One thing for sure is Gerrard and Cole on either side doesn't work they don't see enough of the ball. Ngog hasn't enough movement and composure in him to play up front. Jovanovic and Babel are miles off the pace. Roy will not play youth so it'll be the usual suspects. I fear we will struggle again to score and let the visitors bully us yet again.

One great chance for an early goal , think Torres pulled the ball back to Cole on edge of 6 yard box but he hit it straight at Robinson who deflected it into the path of Meireles. He should have put it away easily , though he was stretching a little bit. Unlucky not to be 1 up. Overall best performance so far this season
