I honestly think we will win the weekend and so we should were Liverpool, hopefully a good performance and a good result give us something to build on. Samba is out for Blackburn, they are shit going forward. Even though we are playing cat I can see a win by two goals. I don't like Roy talking up Blackburn 'they will be up for it yadda yadda yadda....', sounds like he is getting his excuses in before a ball is kicked. For the love of god Roy, go in with some conviction and an attcking line up.
looks good, cole on the left is a waste of space so if he's not played off torres then he shouldnt start. the team above *should* create lots of chances and with Glen and Fabio we might actually put in a few decent crosses.

i think the team will be reina, johnson, carra, skertl, konckesky, maxi, lucas, mereiles, cole, stevie and torres. i cant see him playing the most expensive fullback in premiership history outta posn on the right wing. that line up should be enough to win coz they are missing neslon(I think) and samba and kalinic up top aint great in theair so no need for nick the greek. i think 2-0 or 3-1 and torres to get back on the goal trail with a brace...see how optimistic i am this morning
Roy has already said/indicated Cara will play at right back if Glen still out and not Kelly ... as inexperienced ...... how does he get experience Roy ...
I know I'm stating the obvious here but we need to win . It's hard to look forward to the games at the weekend these days when a draw will sort of seem like a good result :-( A 2 nil tomorrow would be absolutely smashing and set ye up rightly for a day on the beer ! What's the craic with most of our games being on a Sunday so far ?
torres has scored against blackburn every time he has played them we need to win tomorrow and next week against bolton if we do that we will be top half of the table and can look forward this is a massive week for us again
We should be going all out against Blackburn. Fat Sam has joined the bandwagon and slagged our club off! He thinks he can come to Anfield play a game of football without the ball and kick lumps out of us. Roy should know the tactics he'll come with and get us playing high tempo possession football and for good measure score a few! Unfortunately we have little option with our first 11 so I can only imagine it'll have the usual look with the usual approach! Please please please do not play Maxi or Poulsen! These two do nothing for the team and have on too many occasions this term been found wanting in the PL. We have no width so forget 4-4-2 but what we need to do is get runners fro midfield involved and get closer to Torres. 1. Reina 2. Johnson 3. Aurelio 4. Skertel 5. Carragher. You have to play Gerrard alongside Lucas to give us something going forward in the middle. Cole needs to play off Torres and that leaves the problen positions on the flanks. Jovanovic, Maxi, Babel, Amoo, Miereles christ we are in trouble. The team lacks balance and I can't see what Roy is going to put out. One thing for sure is Gerrard and Cole on either side doesn't work they don't see enough of the ball. Ngog hasn't enough movement and composure in him to play up front. Jovanovic and Babel are miles off the pace. Roy will not play youth so it'll be the usual suspects. I fear we will struggle again to score and let the visitors bully us yet again.
