Is anyone on here having any problems with there UPC digital service since they have started supplying broadband? I got the broadband and digital package in May and ever since the signal upstairs on the telly has being crap, no BBC 1 or 2, UTV, Channel 4 or Sky One. Next door has the exact same problem. Down stairs there is never any problems. Before I got the broadband in there was no problem whatsoever with the upstairs box. I have being on the phone to them every second week complaining about this, i have had numerous UPC technicians out but still havn't got anywhere. If there is any UPC empolyees on here, any info on this problem would help as my head is wrecked, I don't want to go to Sky as they are to quick to cut you off if the bill ain't paid on time.
PM campo or supercool they both work there . They will kill me for telling ya that ha. supercool works in the support side of it so hes the man ya want.
