if you go into settings you can put it to 0 uploads etc,. It doesnt slow your computer down either, it uses very little memory and processing power. I leave it run constantly in the background uploading and never notice it,.

Do this after you download utorrent and set it up on that,.

Just find your make of router from the list, and then select your model, and follow the instructions,. fairly simple, and most come with videos too,. :)

    www.portforward.com

what meg line do you have?

I have a 4meg line, and I get speeds of between .8 and 3.2 megs, I limit it at that so I can browse the net and IK fairly quickly while im Downloading,.

Well the way i download is this: I downloaded and installed BitTorrent http://www.bittorrent.com/ and i use torrentbox.com to search for movies, tvshows, music etc. When you find a file you want to download people usually leave comments on whether the download is real and what quality it is. For me it would take about half an hour-1hr to download a movie but it all depends on your internet speed, mine is 14mb

I use uTorrent check what people have wrote about download quality before you download. Once downloaded you will need to convert it to dvd format if you want to burn to a disc.
