Anyone have glandular fever before? how long did it last? I'm beat !! sleepin 14hrs a day sore throat cant eat Doc sid it may be weeks
Dont envy you! Not had it myself but friend had it and lasted around 6 weeks if i remember. He was like a zombie for whole time. At beginning he was sleeping 21 hour days and the likes Hope your case is different and doesnt last long!
Unlucky, not something I'd like to have again. had it about 5 years ago and was fcuked for about 3 weeks and not fully back to normal for a further month. knocked the crap out of me.
My Sis in law had it about 15yrs ago for about 6-7weeks but it still contributes a kick in the head every winter. Supposedly weakens your whole immune system
Got it when about 5 years ago and was out for 3-4 months be very careful because you will pick up everything going, didnt know I had until I passed out and temp sky rocketed to something like 114, remember very little of the first few days.
I woudn't be too confindent of that been tired and havin headaches for weeks and was blaming it on sleepless nights with the little lad. Cheers for good wishes lads hopefully not as bad as some of above cases.
I had it during my GCSE's, which meant I got extra time in exams. Can't really remember it beating the shit outta too much though, maybe it was just a mild case!
yeah here is some info here for ya, stress and tiredness can activate the virus mononucleosis . watch something that makes you laugh everyday (avoid watching LFC ) , rest as much as possible and chill. also try coconut oil on salads (dont fry it) http://www.irishhealth.com/article.html?id=443 http://www.naturalnews.com/024788_chronic_fatigue_syndrome_candida.html http://www.naturalnews.com/026624_coconut_oil_fatty_acids_cleansing.html http://www.umm.edu/features/laughter.htm http://www.helpguide.org/life/humor_laughter_health.htm http://www.naturalnews.com/007551.html http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2006/04/07/health/webmd/main1481492.shtml
I remember reading that Phil Neville had it when he was at the mancs and he lost so much weight that they nicknamed him "philadelphia".
