i have just read your bit from a few days or so ago, and i must say it is one of the few bits i have read on here that says someone sees how things really are. now i may agree with you and it could be its for different reasons; but the game is certainly changing for the worse, too much money, players have no real loyalty. one big change i have noticed when i see our players come out the tunnel at anfield, no one touches the sign anymore; that sign that said this is Anfield; but it said a lot more when you saw the players put their hands on it and it made you feel as though they cared, now you can almost hear them counting their money or making arrangements for the big booze up after the game. Sorry for agreeing with you, but thats the way it is, i love the pool, or used to and now i want it back.

If you watch matches you will see most of the players touching the sign! Fact.!! Change the record "IP" . Your moaning sickened everyone on the last site and soon will here also !!
Is there anything about LFC you do like? There are probably a few players at the club that are there for the money and not the glory but thats the same at every club. Almost all players touch the This Is Anfield sign, Sky always have their camera in the tunnel and you can see them doing it. Its one thing taking a pop and the manager, owners or certain players when there are problems but you seem to be attacking LFC as a whole which is completely wrong.
Yeah, i think it's fair to say that other fans have eyes of their own IP and you can clearly see the players touching the This is Anfield sign. In Crouch's case with his forehead sometimes.

People are more and more driving by money, the old traditions are going out the window. Players move around the continent a lot more and Loyality has gone out the window in the most part. However would Lucas know about touching the sign At Anfield on the way out, fair enough someone can tell him. Maybe he thinks he needs to earn the right to touch as done by Yeats, Callaghan, Hansen, Barnes, Rush and King Kenny. In comparison to say Arsenal, Liverpool still have a connection with the locality, namely Stevie G and Carragher. What have Arsenal, most of the team communicate through French.
i watched on sky how every player that started that match on wed touched the sign and big pete was sub and he done it and then rafa walked out and done it and it brought the adrenalin pumpin right thru me as i cheered on rafa for a minute. players do respect our famous sign, no doubt about it
