He played the first game Daz against Lichenstein but didn't play against Argentina. I've no doubt we'll take this lot without him but agree with you saying he needs a bit of game time.

This has to be used to blood the youngsters. 4th is the priority

 

That team would get destroyed. You need established players to play with youngsters for it to be of beniefit otherwise you're just getting them used to losing and playing without the ball.

plus there's no point in putting all your eggs in one basket so early in the season. need wins to boost confidence.

 

I don't think that team would get destroyed at all. Think it's more then enough for a 1 or 2 nil win.

Tbh I don't really care about a group stage exit from this. We won't get 4th if we play the full team in this and go far.

 

thats dismissing steaua as duds and duds they are not. with stronger team we struggled against turkish lot.

i've no problem sacrificing europa league if 4th is a goer after xmas but i think it's too early to dimiss it myself.

 

by the way what station is the game on? is it 3e again and their rag tag bunch?

 

It's on channel 5, not sure about tv3.
