    Just seen on ssn that hes a free agent. Would be cheap (wages wise) and would be a good cover as a striker I think?

    Anybody think the same? Thought hes was ok at arsenal.

    This is scrapping the bottle of the barrel...22 goals in 157 games...MMMM no thank you please...Not premiership standard in my opinion..

    I think if we start linking ourselves with every free agent we'll become a mid table team, if that! If he can't make it in the championship how can he make it at Liverpool? Ngog is a far better back up imo!

    didnt have a great goal scoring record with the arsenal but might not be the worst back up option.

    Reason he was releaseed cuz boro couldnt afford him. If he got us ten goals it would be a sound investment. Remember, We've got no cash

    Looked good when he was a kid at arsenal. Then the injuries ruined his career. Signing him now would be insane.

    He's never scored 10 goals in a season, even in the championship. So how the hell do you think he'll do it for Liverpool?? He's just not good enough.
