http://www.rte.ie/news/2010/0723/permanent.html W***ers, thats their 2nd .5% hike in 9 months, all at a time when the ecb are keeping the rate low, when europe starts to rise their rates, the shit could hit the fan. It just goes to show that most banks are still safeguarding profits in the here and now rather than thinking long term €17 a month extra me hole
Should have paid attention to the adds on the telly...... or you should have got this bus.....
HAHA Absolute kwality, there does be no such entertainment on the fun bus home from navan on sat nites
Delighted to be on the Tracker. Goina be pissed about leavin it behind though when I move into the new Dwellings.
Yeah me too but don't know anyone that was offered it, im on a tracker with TSB and if they offered me €37.5k i'd be very tempted
If you're moving house you can still keep a tracker. If that's what you are doing. Don't put up with a bank telling you that you have to give it up.
I heard one of these 'money men' on Newstalk a couple of months back say for the average mortgage the tracker would save you 90k over the lifetime. So if you bank contact you do the maths before you even conceder it.
Yeah I heard that too, think Eddie Hobbs came out with it actually, but for €40k I'd have a real sweat on considering it
