They basically pay drug addicts money to get sterilized so they can't have any more kids.very controversial but when ye see some of the creatures walking around with kids it's hard to argue with it..
I heard about this in the States,the problem is a junkie will do anything for cash and would not even think twice about doing this.Some people do turn there life's around after been an addict,so this would be hard to support. On the other hand nobody wants to see a child born to a junkie,so maybe a middle ground would be getting the coil for the woman its not as final.
Thats a very intresting subject,and she has a powerful argument to the reasons why she is doing it. Some will undoubtedly call her a saint..while others say she is the devil.
Savage idea. . I work in dublin city near tara st train station and see junkies with kids in prams everyday and it's not nice to see. They have no chance of getting by in life through no fault of their own.
