I liked the look of that myself but wasnt down town till 12 midday so didnt bother.

Higgins was 4/1 but when he was 5-3 down to Hawkins he was 9/2.

I thought that the this championship was moving away from the Crucible Theatre in Sheffield.

On a side note it is 25 years since the famous Dennis Taylor v Steve Davis final. I am getting old :D

Doherty 4-2 down to Selby. Robertson my fancy at 12/1. Decent draw until Higgins in quarter finals.

Love the snooker - supposed to be heading over next weekend but lord knows if the flights are gonna be happening.

Have been for the past 5 years. I'd highly recommend it. Great city, great buzz about it and the crucible is class! (Well dodgy as hell looking until ya get in!) And it's nice to visit the memorial too...

Nazzy how much are tickets? Are they easy enough to get for the early rounds?

They are easy enough to come by and are between £12 - £20. They go on general sale in February so it's just a matter of keeping an eye out on the website! We got a semi-final session the first year. The middle weekend is always the best. Any potential ronnie matches sell out but we managed to see him once....it's mighty!!

You can get tickets on the morning of the session cos they sell the returns....and if you were to pile over mid-week this week, you'd get tickets no problem!! Obviously, the Friday and Saturday sessions would be harder to get and morning sessions are easier to get than evening. Ebay is usually alright for tickets too...

If you've any more questions or anything, gimme a shout!

I'll be bloody gutted if the volcano affects it this year. Argh!!

What if Davis knocks out Higgins tomorrow?

Possible GOULD V DAVIS Quarter Final with one of them in the semi final!

Davis may well be back in the top 16, I know Ebdon is out of it now that he lost in the 1st Round.
