    Juve, Hamburg,B Munich, CSKA, Anderlecht. They shouldve played in '81 aswell. Any idea why they didnt?

    Vodkacolly,

    I remember reading that in 74, 81 and 85 the European Super Cup was not played at all by both winners of the two competitions due to the two teams involved not being able to decide a date or fit the match into their schedule, that was the reason for us not being able to make space to meet FC Dinamo Tbilisi in 1981.
