I suppose we are used to headlines like that, and there will be plenty more of them from the gutter press.Just wait until they they start on Torres.

I think this story is a load of rubbish. But €33 million for a player who is turning 30 soon would not be a bad price.

Stevie G has said about 100 billion times that he doesn't want to leave Liverpool.

That story is the usual tabloid ****.

Cant see Stevie bailing out on us now.

Ill be more worried when its Torres or Mash's name being mentioned however.

hardly gonna go to Real when there's the possibility that rafa could be there 2...if he was gonna quit liverpool it'd be to get away from rafa - not possibly join up with him again

Cant blanme anyone for wanting to leave. The clubs a mess and going nowhere. Torres and Gerard should hand in transfer requests would really rock the negotiation position for
    those two yank leeches.

If Gerrard had signed for us at the start of this season, we would take £3.3 million for him now ,never mind £33 million. The sooner he starts playing like the real Gerrard, the better.

Think it's bullshit. If some reason it were true where would he play. Kaka Ronaldo, and they have deal setup for Ribery this summer.

If we *have* to sell someone because of no CL, then what better than the ageing midfielder for a ridiculous amount of money.

If we *need* to sell to fund transfers, well...£30m for someone who is 30 wouldn't be a bad place to start.

Obviously just the usual shite being sprouted though by the rags.

Our club is in a mess at the moment, selling the likes of torres, gerrard ,mach is not going to solve it,i think the buck stops with rafa his negative football is not helping, the fact that we have no strenght n dept is a major factor we need more top class players at our club,we must get them yanks out at all cost there destroying our club, but more importantly our history!!!!!!

Its difficult at this time to accept this may happen??? The usual rumour wtc are inevitable, however there are 2 schools of thought either continue supporting Rafa and his strategies or cut rafa sell players and remove the debt??

Whatever we think we still have the Yankee Doodle dumbats in control

As Carlsberg say theres always option C, if we do get rid of G&H who is the alternative and can we keep the stars and get funds will the new stadium be developed??

Lets hope we dont loose any of the players, I cant see Stevie going now?? As some of the lads said i'd be more interested in the Torres and Mash stories?

First time in years I have watched that Sunday supplement. You only have to watch that programme for more than ten minutes to realise red top rag journalists know more about sky hooks than football. One clown on about Beckham being he key to England winning he World Cup.
