i was just about the write that Wigan have never beaten a top 4 team then i remebered their Chelsea scalp this season.

pretty good record against them bar a bramble goal and a suicidal penalty given away by Mr Lucas last year.

On Glen Johnson's fitness...

He is really close. He has been training with us and yesterday we played a game against the reserves. He was involved so I have to decide if he will be in the squad or not, but I think he can be.

On the boost Johnson's return can give the team...
He is another player with quality so hopefully he will give us different options on the right side, we have had problems in this position. He has quality going forward and is the best in England in his position so I will be really pleased to see him back.

On Agger's fitness...
He is okay. The knee is not a problem so I think he can train tomorrow and Sunday and be available for Monday.

You're tellin me to get a grip. For example I play sunday football if I play shit I get a right oul bollocking from the gaffer and it makes me play. More of the same tonight, nothing has changed since the start of the season only that we have ground out a few results in the last few months to mask some of the problems. We have become one of the ugliest teams to watch in the League. The back 4 lump it long skipping the midfield who a lot of the time don't want the ball anyway, it really is poor stuff. Rafa slating Allardyce for his tactics really smacks of the pot calling the kettle black at the minute. We can't keep the ball for more than 10 seconds at the minute its really horrible to watch.

A lot of the players too are really spineless with Gerrard regularly throwing hissy fits as though his team-mates are not worthy of his superior talent whilst others are afraid to get on the ball. A paltry 12 goals in 15 away league games says it all.
