When i log in from the opening page its says thanks for logging in etc etc and then the same opening page opens up and it looks like i havent logged in. I get around this by clicking on the 'todays posts' option and then brings up all the latest posts for me and i become logged in.
Its been happening for awhile but recently when i log in the same opening page pops up and even when i click on 'todays posts' option im sill not logged in.
    Any help??

    Thanks

    Hi mate

Try pressing the following buttons on your keyboard, at the same time:

    Control (Ctrl) & F5

See if that changes the message, without you having to go to Today's Posts, after you log in ....

What type of Browser are you using btw ?

It's been happening to me of late also ...

Mind you, I switched to Firefox from IE recently, so was wondering if it might be something to do with the settings on my browser.

What are you guys using ?

Lads I fixed this by logging in then clicking on any thread it then shoes that you are logged in, then type into the adress bar

    www.irishkop.com/index.php

then bookmark that or favorite it and just click the tab and your always logged in, hope this helps, I've done it on every pc/laptop I use including iPod touch!

Don't have a laptop at the moment so I've been using the mrs iPhone to look at the site, but for some reason for the last couple of days it's not letting me log in. I can see the site and at the start it says 'thanks for logging in Monty', but after that it just lets me look at the site as 'visitor', not letting me post. When I go to someones laptop I can log in no problems, as in now. Never had a problem with the iPhone before.

Any clues, oh clever web people? ;)

Not making a difference. Just don't understand how it can just change out of nowhere.

Cheers Paul, it must be something to do with her phone as I'm sure other people are using their iPhones to use the stie. As I was saying I can view the site, just can't use it.
