marvellous!! well he does work hard and give 100% albeit sometimes clumsy and somewhat unprolific in front of gaol...wait, dont we have someone like taht already. and isnt he like 32 or 33
an absolute shocking player,so lazy on top of his lack of skill/ability,what the hell has the club come to,makes voronin look like pele.its gettng embarassing now
in fairness i think benjani worked very hard when he was at pompey but the move to citeh ruined him and he as looke like he couldnt give a toss lately - but if he's supposed to be the answer to our prayers we are so seriously FUBAR
If this is true and he comes, it may be the final fooking straw, he is a useless pile of shite and anyone who says otherwise is just blindly following the manager!
again this is why the rafa transfer policy frustrates the sh*t outta me - we finally get rid of some deadwood taht ure local pub team wouldnt pick eg voronin, pennat, dossena etc and wht does he do...groundhog day, he stars looking to fill the squad with more useless freebies which we'll struggle to dump next year. why not try young hungry players from the youths like arsenal or even the manx...like ecclsestone, pacheco etc. it'd be cheaper, the fans like to see academy produced players making the breakthrough and their enthusiasm could boost the overall play. i know they'd be coming into a stressful situation but other top clubs blod players like this when in injury crisis...instead of looking to find a veteran stop gap who'd make u cringe. It a real bete noir with me, his utter lack of faith and trust in youths..he'd always favour signing an international like voronin, pellegrino, degen, the greek etc instead of showing faith in young homegrown players. how low can we get when a player sold by pompey 18months ago in his early 30s is being linked with us. very very sad times
