I reckon its more likely that Aquaman will be rested than lucas, he got a fair bit of a kicking the other day and Rafa will probably not be too keen to throw him into what is sure to be a very physical battle with Wolves. I don't think he's as suited to the deep midfield role as Lucas so if Gerrard is back i'd expect our south american pairing in the middle. Wouldn't mind seeing Degen getting a run at full back, its his position so I think he should get a run there in Johnson's absence.

Kyrgiakos to start to deal with the aerial threat of kevin doyle. Id like to see the same back four as Spurs. Maybe Carra go more central and Degen right full with Maxi on the right. This will be a tough game. They were right in the Anfield fixture until the sending off.
