Site Slow

    I am no technician so this could just be a problem with my laptop but the site is downloading very slowly and when you enter a thread the posts are old, you need to refresh the thread to get the new ones, is it just my laptop or is it with the site?

    The old and new posts is personel preference, you can change it in your user cp,. In regards to slow downloading, it's your Internet conection is the problem i would say..

    Its just with this site tho and its not constant, Its just the refreshing all the time after entering a thread to read any updates in pots is annoying.

    I see,. i've never had a problem, did you change your settings in user cp, to show newest posts first?
    Also, if you mean your looking at a thread and you press f5 to refresh, then yes it is kind of slow compared to when you just click on the thread link,. If thats the problem, multiple tabs is your way forward,.

    I had a similar problem when i first logged in last night-first of all got an error message saying i couldnt access the site,then when i could get in it was very slow to load.It only lasted about 2 mins though and has been fine ever since....

    If i'm using the mobile broadband that happens sometimes! Works fine on the normal broadband
