    Portsmouth v Liverpool 12.45 19th December

Obviously need to build on the win in midweek and go hell for leather at a poor team. Pompey put up a good fight against Chelsea during the week but hopefully the match took more out of their legs than ours. I think we'll see Torres start but not sure about Aqua. I think Rafa doesn't think he's able for the full game but I'd rather him to start and come off at half time/after 60 minutes than to be brought on. A win here and we can hopefully gain a bit of momentum over Christmas.

If its snows or freezes over night, it will be touch and go. No under soil heating at Fratton Park

I would be very surprised if this game actually goes ahead with the weather down on the south coast of England

That's the last thing we need, best thing is to keep the games coming thick and fast for us at the moment... missing out on a fixture will only see us further down the league table and the building pressure that goes with it.

Early days. The City game there last season wasn't called off until the morning of the game.

Would like to see this happen myself maybe go 4-4-2 with Babel or kuyt partnering Torres up front + Auerlio has to start imo.

I hear what your saying about Babel & infairness Ngog has done enough to warrant a start up front in a 4-4-2.

Up until last season Pompey had no undersoil heating and afaik that remains the situation.
