Do you have a favourite team in the Eircom league !
If so do you go to games in Ireland
    Or Bray and UCD
Sorry i can only get 10 Teams on the Poll as that is all it allows

2nd to Istanbul - Cork City v's Derry in November 2005 to seal the title best atmosphere at a match Ive even been at.

Drove down to Turners on the night with a mate, big Cork City fan, got me on the band wagon even though Im a Dub. Stood on the old Shed, super game. It was a very good Cork City team too ... only went out to Nantes in the 1/4 of the intertoto if I remember correctly? Beat NEC and Malmo on the way too ... decent scalps for an EL team!

Since the start of that season Ive been frequenting Cork City games, The Exiles are a good bunch of lads

Would rather remove my eyes from their sockets with two rusty spoons, actually take in more Leinster senior matchs a year than EL. €15 to watch and listen to that ???? Would rather go to Woodison and see the bitters.

That was some night alright, a bit mad the way the trophy ended up being passed and thrown all around the shed afterwards! Your right about going out to Nantes in the 1/4 finals, finished 3-1 over there and City got an early goal back at the Cross to set up a gripping game. City even had 2 great chances to make it 2-0 and lead the tie before the frogs got a sucker punch of a goal. Had forgotten all about that European run that summer til I read that!
