Would it be possible to increase the maximum filesize for avatars to allow members to upload animated avatars?? 19.5 KB is bit miserable, in all fairness. 120 KB per user would be well below normal but far better for users.

I meant to do this a while ago,I am not a huge fan of big avatars or signatures.I will give this a trial an see how it goes,so I have increased the maximum filesize for uploads to 122880 bytes (120 KB).We will see how it goes.
