A few or you are aware that I am involved with Chernobyl

The group of 39 kids arrived last night, If any of you have any contacts for making the kids stay in Dublin for the next 3 weeks more enjoyable, entry tickets to anywhere, any suggestions, or donations, I would like to hear from you, thanks

p.s. old liverpool Jerseys get put to good use too If you can bear to part with them. Old game boys, nintendo ect ect hand held games mp3 players, maybe you have something sitting in a box at the top of the wardrobe or under the bed.

i know you weren't impressed with the Dublin Match last Sunday but why don't you take the Kids along to the Leinster Final on the 15th?i'd say they'd have a great time.
so long as they're under 16 you can bring a group of 10 Kids for 3 Euro each and the accompanying Adult is free.
if you were to bring all 40 with 4 Adults it would only cost 120 Euro for all of you to get in.it would cost that anyway for 4 Adults to go to the Game so basically your getting all the Kids in for free.
you have to apply through the Leinster Council.it says on their website (www.leinstergaa.ie) that the attached form must be completed and returned to the Leinster Council Office, Portlaoise, Co. Laois. with
a cheque or postal order by the Friday Week prior to the said game.that would be next Friday (the 6th) so you've plenty of time to organise it.
i'd say if you rang them on Monday (0578682000) and explained the situation they'd probably let you order them over the Phone there and then,wouldn't be surprised at all if you got them for free.

Gave them a ring - I can get the tickets but have to pay for them, well its a start, a just got offered a free bus, thnks very much,
also got offered today a visit to a chocolate factory (I'm going to that one)

I got the tickets for the final for the kids - tho GAA made me pay for them got the 50 tickets for the tickets and 5 adults so that was 150 euro - 3 of the adults will pay for the the tickets themselves at 30 per head and the other 2 adults are the interpreter tickets so only cost me 60 euro affectly to bring them - thanks for the suggestion advidmerrion well done.;)

Thanks for the Liverpool Jersey's lads there's a little town nr chernobyl called knoiniki - where lots of the lads are now wearing Liverpool Jerseys with great pride they were thrilled to get them and dont mind last seasons or any season come to that, they were just delighted to get them - so keep me in mind for the old Jersey's lads and girls. Thanks again

Thats a nice jesture but toys are a bit hard for the kids to get back what I'm really looking for if any one can help out is OLD game boys nintendo hand held games and the discs game for them, they dont have these and they love them and easy to get back - also mp3's small things like that would really be appreciated. thanks

They had a great time, tho I got all the tickets I only got 5 Adults and i'm not into that GAA stuff, so I gave mine to another person that would enjoy it, I got all the kids organized on bus ect, and before I could see the bus coming back I herd this O lay olay olay and Oggie oggie oggie, they have learnt a few new songs going home, they had a ball, and thats to you fella's on here it was paid by you, I cant thank you all enough well done you made alot of kids very happy.

I would be delighted to receive them, stil short and we have a sports day arranged for them, they arrived on wedn morning 3am - great kids and they are so appreciative.

We took the kids to Puddenhill yesterday, sponsered by one of our members on this site, the site went, goKarting, archery, animalfarm, and adventure playground, they had a ball, I am shattered great time had by all - many thanks wont mention the name, the kids are very grateful.
