just checked and one of them played for a prem club but not in the prem. so there's only 4

No team has come close to doing that! Retaining it for 6 years means winning 7 in a row!! Blackburn won 3 in a row and I remember hearing some other club that no longer exists also did 3 successively. This all happened in the early days of football and I think is still a record.
