I dunno if this is the right place for this but i couldnt think of what forum to put it in.
Basically, just want to know if there is anything around Limerick for Liverpool fans? I know there are a lot in the Still House on Thomas St for the matches but are there any trips etc organised? I checked the official site and there is one club mentioned but ive been told that its rubbish.

As far as i know there isnt any trips organised. Never checked out the supporters club myself. Only thing would be the 2 or 3 pubs that show all liverpool games using streams if necessary. Think the windmill is one and there is one near the absolute hotel.

The Limerick SC watch the games in the Still. They used to organise trips a few times a season but I have no idea if they still do. I was in it for a season years ago when they used to watch the games in Riddlers. Thought it was a pile of $hite myself and very cliquey. Never bothered with it again.

It was the same in the Still House last week for the Stoke game. Someone actually called Torres shít when he missed a chance.

Oh no, he definitely was. I heard him trying to explain it afterwards when he was questioned about it.

I spent around 3 months working down in Limerick there a couple of years ago. Was down during the week and when CL games were on I used watch them in Mojo's on the main street.

A couple of games there were loads of reds in there and I was talking to the barman and he said the owner was a red.

Not sure if its still popular though?

    Plonkers is an understatement :D

Mojo's was a kip and was turning into skangerville more and more every week. I also went to watch a Liverpool v Utd game with mates in there one Sunday. Munster were playing rugby the same day (some mickey mouse Celtic League game I think) and all they could offer us was a small tv screen out the front bar, with no volume for commentary. All the other tvs and volume was dedicated to the rugby, even though there was hardly no one in there. The owner is not much of a red I'd say  Never darkened their door again.

I find when munster are playin not too go to a bar to watch a pool match at the same time as munster will always be the preference.

I always try and avoid the Still House myself.
Usually packed and full of ar$eholes anyway.
TBH I usually watch the games at home or at a friends.

The Cukoo Box isn't a bad spot though, especially for the Sunday games.

We should all meet up for a game though, or even arrange a mini trip over.

Usually just watch the games at home.
often see a few liverpool jerseys outside the Still House but never bothered to check it out for a match.

Ok I'm going way off topic here but with regards to the last part of your post; I presume you are being sarcastic.? As in you're not really questioning the logic of an Irish pub giving preference to showing a match with an Irish province taking part in it.?
