Got the "box" there two weeks ago but it's on the blink already. Think i'll stream some games and head out or for all our games as I couldn't make do with a stream.

only go sky sports at the minute, ive been pretty luck so far with the streams that ive been getting had both the everton and spurs game on at the same time yesterday
Just the steaming for me a the moment. Had Sky and Setanta once upon a time but get rid at the start of the summer and you notice some savings on the bill through the letter box. Been getting on fine without them since thanks to the world of streaming and if Sky don't get exclusive rights to the Spanish football and NFL there is no point in me re-considering my current stance.
Same as that Sean, while I never had sky, I was actually thinking about getting it a couple of days ago when I upgraded to digital HD, but now that Lal Liga is up in the air, I am going to wait.
there is a online NFL package that you can get, you can watch any game live on the internet for $30 a month and all games are archived too might be worth a look if sky dont sign up but cant see them not signing to be honest
HD - How Good? We have kept the Setanta and we got ESPN on Saturday, my wife loves the sport too and was eager to get it before tonights game. Lally what quality is the HD? do you have movies and sport in the HD. Thinking of upgrading the sky box but wonder is it worth it? can you post later on or mail me to let me know please??
I don't have of them at the moment. I have NTL basic that has been on since we moved in back in May and I dont pay for it. Will be away most weekends either at matches or on holidays till end of September, so will reassess the situation in Oct and see where the best deal is
Just ordered it Kev, wont be installed until Saturday. Only have ntl basic at the min, but with the digital you get about 40?? I think extra channels, No sports yet, am waiting for la liga to be clarified first.Once the box is in though its just a matter of ringing them up and them turning it on. I will let you know when its up and running
Don't have ESPN yet so was planning on hitting the local tonight but checked yesterday and they don't have ESPN. In fact very few boozers seem to have it. Does your local have ESPN?
Have only sky at the minute. I had setanta aswell last year but cancelled it during the summer dont see the point in forking out for it with only games on satday afternoon. Might be tempted to get ESPN but i have the laptop hooked up to the tv and streams have been top notch so far.......fingers crossed for tonitghts one
get a vga cable on e-bay for only a couple of euro. there should be a socket on back of laptop and check socket on back of laptop. Should look something like this but on newer tv's it can be different I have a phillips tv and it has dvi socket on it but you can get vga to dvi cable on e-bay handy enuff dvi socket
I have all three, with them havin the united match on Setanta sports 1 on saturday i imagine theyll do the same with the liverpool games. Also want to keep lfc.tv, though that’s on the regi blinker at the moment, just havent had the time to ring ntl about it yet.
