one of the younger girls that works with me rang boss last sunday complaining of been ill, he then rang me to see who would I get to cover. Tried everyone but no joy, was too short notice. I wasn't very impressed as it would mean I would have to go in. Had a brainwave, got a friend who just finished working in another office and used the same software to come in and cover. Was checking my facebook later that night when I seen a comment from her-"God im dying, got 2 hrs sleep and had to go to work, complained about been sick,hehe, well I am,haha and got off early, ahahahah" I was fuming, silly mare goes out fri night gone, gets home at 4am, has work at 7am, makes loads of mistakes and then types much of the same as above She obviously forgot she had added me I had to deal with all the complaints this morning but have just finished writing her letter of warning.
HR managers check up on these sites when recruiting new people for vacant jobs, so make sure they are all on private viewing only
nothing I could do about the complaints, they went to the boss first before they came to me, hence the warning. She wont catch me again when shes sick,lol.
