Haven't heard a huge amount of build up about his game, is it a liverpool XV or is it the actual team playing. The team really needs to kick into gear, can't have these lethargic performances in two weeks. Think Masch and Lucas must start the game together because they're most likely going to be the starting midfielders next season.

Id give us a decent chance of finally winning a pre season game if it is a Liverpool XV

Ha Roman numerals never were my strong point! Maybe a Liverpool XI would be more likely

Dirk Kuyt will captain the Reds in this evening's friendly against FC Lyn - a game you can watch live only on Liverpoolfc.tv from 6pm BST.
Both Jamie Carragher and Steven Gerrard start on the bench, as does Fernando Torres.

The Liverpool XI in full is: Cavalieri, Johnson, Dossena, Kelly, San Jose, Babel, Kuyt, Spearing, Lucas, Ngog, Voronin. Subs: Gulacsi, Plessis, Ayala, Degen, Gerrard, Torres, Riera, Benayoun, Mascherano, Insua, Carragher.

Anyone else think Stevie, Carra, Torres and Masch are being rested for tomorrow's game? ;)
