Just came back from watching the new Harry Potter with my youngfella and I have to say it was just brilliant.. Go see it if you like a bit of magic
i dunno if i would agree. i am a big fan of the books and movie series but they left so much unexplained in the film. good movie, but so many pointless random events.. such as the attack on the burrow...never happened and serves no purpose!!!!!! lol books over the movies any day
I've read that this one bar a couple of scenes is more or less 2 1/2 hours of character development before the final 2 parts which are basically a balls to the wall chase movie (part 1) and a war movie (part 2) similar to the books. Is that the case or have they invented some pointless action scenes not in the book.
You know yourself that they will always Hollywood up a book to turn it in to a movie they have to , not everyone has read the books so they have to put in a few extra bits to keep the girls and boys entertained, They did the same with the Lord of the Rings, saying that I thoroughly enjoyed this movie last night and I couldn't criticise it one bit.
Gonna see it tonight with herself, Shes a Harry Potter nut so Im been dragged along. I thought the last two were poor enough and hoping for something better later. The best Imo was the Prisoner of Azcabain(?? not sure of the spelling)
Well i read the book comin up to the film being released and its just not a scratch on it!! I know its a long book and cant get it all in but still!
Didn like it at all. Havent read any of the books so didn know what was goin to happen but still didn like it. Was dragged out for too long imo. Herself is a Harry Potter nut and loved it tho. Side note, was in the cinema and they had bags of popcorn instead of the usual boxes and my christ he noise inside there was unreal. None stop munching for the movie, it wrecked my bloody head.
am a slight harry potter nut and cant wait to go tonight have read the book also but never compair films to the books.
