    I've been eating a bit of humble pie with regards to some of my original comments about this fella, but he sure earned a pay rise based on last season .... lets hope he goes from strength to strength.

    Amazing the second half of last season...He really grabbed us some very vital goals...

    Thing i like about yossie is his professionalism...like when he wasnt playing he just got on with training and proved why rafa should trust him..

    delighted to see him sign again..reminds me of a jari litmanen...

    lads also rumor that madrid wont pay 50 million for alonso so they pulled out of the deal ,happy days , 35 million they will only pay , thats just one of his legs ,

    Delighted he got a new deal for his performances in second half of last season. Still see him as a squad player rather than first XI though. The better the players around him, the better he performs.

    great to hear he is signing a new well deserved deal really impressed me last season with his attitude to get into the first team squad and stay there

    He grew in confidence the longer the season went on,happy we have tied him down,as he's an important player in our squad.

    Earned his deal by the huge improvement last year. Would admit to calling for his head early last season but delighted to be prooved wrong.

    I'd like to think this could have waited until christmas. I dont think he could have argued with Rafa if he was told "you have had 3 great months, keep it going and we will look at it at christmas". He had 2 years to go on his contract so why rush into it, lets see him keep it going before dishing out bumper wage increase's or at least sort out Masch 1st.

    been a good week so far with yossi signing and young Darby an Spearing signing..good to see an hopefully sort out deals with Macsh and Xabi ASAP
