    Martin Skrtel is to write an online diary of his South Africa adventures this summer.

    The centre-back will keep fans up to date during Slovakia's first ever World Cup campaign with a blog on his official website.

    He explained: "I will write my blog every time it's possible. And my grammar? No problem with that!

    "To be honest, I am an amateur. But I must admit I like it very much. I am very happy to put the letters and words together in a way that can be interesting for people. It's quite funny but I can handle uploading to my website.

    "I never had problems at school with writing, though I haven't done any for a while. So yes, I have to improve a bit."

    "Hi there again. Our first day here is almost complete. We had a photo shooting in the morning which was a funny thing to do. We had to take the pictures because we needed them for our accreditation. It was a mess with so many footballers around. Those whose pictures were being taken had a hard time because the other ones wanted to make them laugh.
    I had a hard time again when I played table tennis with Koza (Jan Kozak) in the afternoon. I lost three times and won one so I have to do better next time. It was my first loss here so there will be no more of them. But I can feel the (media) frenzy around us so it is really starting to get serious. Good night and see you guys tomorrow."

    well said Martin, I cant imagein him just sitting down and reflecting on his day ha fair play to him dow il keep reading it as long as he keeps writting it

    Hope he can get back to his pre-injury form. Him & Agger have the potential to be the best CB pair in the league.
